Through mindfulness, guided meditation, sound bath, journaling, oracle cards, and intuitive practices, you’ll be gently supported to listen within, create clarity and focus, and plant seeds for the cycle ahead.
Sharing is always optional — you’re welcome to participate in a way that feels aligned, or simply be present, grounded, and supported in a nurturing circle of women.
